Who Are We? 

Brian & Brandi

Brian and Brandi Sealey were members of the Keller Williams Mastermind, Mega Agent and Dianna Kokoszka Real Estate Mastery Coaching program. In addition, they served as proud members of their Market Center's Agent Leadership Committee.  

In 2006 (the start of the marketr shift)the Sealey Team took home several honors. For his part in providing leadership and growth within the Tallahassee Market Center Brian Sealey was awarded the "ALC Leadership Award" and "Agent of the Year". For their commitment to coaching, agent leadership and training, the Sealey Team was awarded the "Keller Williams Lead By Example Award".  


Brian and Brandi Sealey have been married for two years and now proud parents of a baby boy. They met during their time in college and are part of the Tallahassee Board of Realtors, the Florida Association of Realtors and the National Board of Realtors. Brian is a Florida State University graduate and Brandi is a Florida A&M University graduate. They both love their career and hope to succeed in life further than their families would have ever dreamed. They both obtained a real estate license during their engagement and have been working full time ever since. 

Brian, originally from Brooklyn, New York, moved to Miami, Fl. with his family around the age of 5. Both of his parents are from Trinidad and moved to the States to provide more opportunities for their family. Brian is the first college graduate in his family and obtained a real estate license, worked full time, got married and graduated from school ALL at the same time! 

Brian’s goal for real estate this year is to obtain his Broker’s license, while moving his team to the next level! 

Brandi is truly a local! Born and raised in Tallahassee, she has seen this town grow right before her eyes. Majoring in music while at Florida A&M University, Brandi was a member of the Concert Choir & Marching 100 along with many other small ensembles. Through her ensemble performances she has seen the whole nation from Alaska to New York. Brandi was the youngest of three and the last of three children to graduate from college. While in school Brandi worked at a retail store but quit her job shortly after to obtain her real estate license. Brandi is very proud of her school (she bleeds Orange and Green) and all the accomplishments she has made. Her goal for this year is continue working on becoming bilingual (Spanish) and taking her team to the next level! 

Today's real estate market is intense, fast paced and demanding. Each transaction can require an agent to coordinate the activities of several individuals in order for the buyer and seller to reach the closing table. Most agents operate a one-person show-and they’re probably breaking their backs trying to do a good job for their clients. Negotiations, Home Inspections, Inspection Addendums, WDOS and Surveys are just a brief run down of activities that must take place within a specific time frame to ensure a contract remains valid. The truth is most agents couldn’t really work any harder than they’re already working.  

Trust us they know, because they used to do it that way themselves.  

However they don’t anymore! They realized that their client’s suffered from their good intentions and that is why they built a team of professionals to help them be in multiple places at once, therefore greatly enhancing the quality of service they could deliver to their clients. Additionally, they use cutting edge technology to dramatically improve their speed, efficiency and innovative capabilities as well. They don’t expect you to care about the fine-details of the inner-workings of their office. What you should care about is simply this: You desire customer service and they deliver the best!

Disclosure Laws >What Sellers Might Disclose

Most states require a home seller to provide the buyer with some type of disclosure form. What might the seller have to disclose?

A Residential Property Disclosure Form requires the home seller to disclose facts about the home's heating, wiring or plumbing systems, including any defects that may exist, such as leaks in the roof or cracks in the foundation. If something in your home is not working properly or needs repair, you will need to either fix it or disclose the material defect to the prospective buyer. There are other disclosure forms, unique to each local area, that require sellers to disclose negative environmental factors or local building code issues. A lead-based paint disclosure form is required for homes built prior to 1978.

State legislatures and courts all over the country have passed laws regarding concealing defects from an agent or buyer. Ask your real estate agent about your obligations as a seller regarding disclosure.
