Our Team Is On YOUR Side! Meet The Sealey Team Today's real estate market is intense, fast paced and demanding. Each transaction can require an agent to coordinate the activities of several individuals in order for the buyer and seller to reach the closing table. Most agents operate a one-person show-and they’re probably breaking their backs trying to do a good job for their clients. Negotiations, Home Inspections, Inspection Addendums, WDOS and Surveys are just a brief run down of activities that must take place within a specific time frame to ensure a contract remains valid. The truth is most agents couldn’t really work any harder than they’re already working. Trust us we know, because we used to do it that way ourselves. However we don’t anymore! We realized that our client’s suffered from our good intentions and that is why we built a team of professionals to help us be in multiple places at once, therefore greatly enhancing the quality of service we can deliver to our clients. Additionally, we use cutting edge technology to dramatically improve our speed, efficiency and innovative capabilities as well. We don’t expect you to care about the fine-details of the inner-workings of our office. What you should care about is simply this: You desire customer service and we deliver the best! | | | | | |

Real Estate Contracts >Legal Documents
The stacks of papers that you have to sign in order to buy a house can leave you confused. The person conducting the closing will ask you to sign your name to countless documents that are filled with legal jargon. Some buyers just barely glance at each form and sign them without a lot of questions, while others find it very frustrating to try to read every form at the closing table.
You should read and understand the papers you sign. If you are getting a loan to buy the property, most of the paperwork will come from the mortgage company. In most cases, there is little time to read everything in advance because the forms arrive at the closing office shortly before closing is scheduled to begin. Most of the documents use standardized language, however, and you should be able to get copies of the documents ahead of time from the lender so that you can have your questions answered and be comfortable with the settlement process.
